Daniela Bruno graduated in Economics and Trade in 1993 at the Bocconi University in Milan, specialising in corporate and tax law.
She has been licensed to practice as a Chartered Accountant since 1993.
In 1996 she received a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Bocconi University. In 2006 she completed a master’s degree in International Tax.
She is currently registered as a 5th year student in the Law Faculty at the Catholic University of Milan.
After working with various Tax Law Firms, in 1997 Daniela Bruno joined the team of professionals at the Firm Camosci Guareschi Piantanida e Associati.
She was appointed Associate Partner in 2002.
Through her everyday work with large multinational companies, Daniela Bruno has built up specific experience in relation to the interpretation and practical implementation of tax law, with particular reference to corporate restructuring operations, national and international tax planning, tax due diligence activity and the preparation of tax and corporate law opinions.
She has been appointed to the boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies of important national and international companies.
She works with the IlSole24Ore Group as a teacher in professional courses and post-graduate master’s courses and has also written specialist articles in relation to tax and corporate issues.
She is the author of the New Database “Accertamento, Contenzioso, Processo Tributario” [“Tax assessments, disputes and litigation”] edited by the Sole 24 Ore Group.
She serves on the boards of statutory bodies of important groups.
She is a member of the Tax Litigation Committee of the Milan Council of Chartered Accountants.
In recent years she has also specialised in the area of Corporate Governance of companies and entities under full or partial public ownership.
She has attended the specialist master’s course “In the Boardroom”, a training programme dedicated for women serving on the boards of directors of Italian listed companies.
She has been a partner at the Firm since 1 January 2014.
