Francesco Falcitelli, is a barrister with a right of audience before the Court of Cassation and head of the Rome branch of CGP.
He provides legal advice and assistance to Italian and foreign companies in relation to:

Francesco Falcitelli has consolidated experience representing resident and non-resident companies and public and private bodies within administrative proceedings and before the tax authorities, as well as the ordinary courts, the tax courts and the administrative courts through to the highest courts (Court of Cassation and Court of Justice of the European Union).
When assisting clients within administrative proceedings, Francesco Falcitelli advises clients in relation to agreements concerning tax assessments [accertamento con adesione], corrections, access to documents and requests for tax rulings – ordinary, anti-avoidance, the setting aside of anti-avoidance rules – during tax audits.
Francesco Falcitelli represents clients before the courts both during the merits stage as well as on appeal before the highest courts, and also deals with disputes relating to tax enforcement.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the International Bar Association.
He has attended seminars and conferences as a speaker. Francesco Falcitelli previously practised at leading Italian law and tax firms.
